First time here and when I say they did not disappoint!!!! From the phenomenal customer service to the food, everything was great. My husband and I got the catfish and baked chicken dinner with yams, greens, Mac and cheese, and rice. Everything was so flavorful. The chicken was cooked to perfection! Literally fell off of the bone. The catfish was extremely flavorful. Not to mention the yams were “chefs kiss”! If you are thinking about visiting please don’t think and just go!! My husband and I always say the smaller restaurants is where you get the best food and love! They definitely proved that theory today. Please, please visit! NOW! We will be back.

This is what business do to boost their rating before Google figures it out*** Queue Taps, what was once great is now gone. So sad. New ownership. The new owners have painted the interior entirely red which is so off putting, changed the menu, removed everything related to the old owners. Even the wall menu shown in previous review pictures is gone. No more fish. No more chicken. They said kitchen staff remained, but there’s no way they could be true. Messed up my order so badly. The new women up front were very apologetic, but I waited over a hour for my meal, the ribs were fatty, they were out onion rings, and they NO LONGER SERVE BBQ CHICKEN (not a joke) no white mean, dark meat, etc., only wings. Wings. Oh yeah, just what the world needs more wings places. No cornbread provided with our meal. No fish on the menu anymore. They now serve the same, prepackaged banana pudding as Savvy sliders (which is nasty) peach cobbler was soggy, gross, and all sugar. Inedible. No more house made banana pudding. Mac and cheese was so dry, void of actual cheese, which actually explains why the noodles were crunchy. Oh, but you can now get shawarma. So there’s that. $67 wasted. Looking for a new BBQ place now

This place clearly has new owners, cooks and staff. Definitely not the same food!! The prices online are no where near close to what the actual price is once you get to the store. I paid double, and was told the prices haven’t been updated yet online. Sadly so I will not be returning, have to find a new spot. Be careful!! The food is disgusting!!!

I was excited to try this new-to-me BBQ joint. Carryout only, was very busy on this particular Sunday evening. I got a Pork Rib dinner. Ribs were cooked about right, nice smokey flavor, but SMOTHERED in a sweet sauce. Why so much sauce if your meat is tasty? 2 sides ( I got Collard Greens and Macaroni & Cheese). Greens lacked much flavor, had to search for any meat. Mac and Cheese equivalent of Stoffers. Good, but not great.
